1.01 Season Premiere (06/29/94, 90min)

Behind the cameras... Beyond the runways... There exists a world hotter than you could ever imagine. Debut: Hillary Michaels is owner of an L.A. modeling agency and runs it with her son David. Top model Teri wants out of her contract. Newcomer Sarah Owens helps exact revenge on an unethical photographer. A model falls down from a great height.

1.02 Be My, Be My Baby (07/06/94)When suspicion falls on Hillary, Eric uses it to his advantage. Julie is plagued by her slip-up in New York. Carrie visits Lt. Soto and retrieves a key to her past. Hillary warns David and Sarah to keep things professional, but, at the same time, goes for Lt. Soto.

1.03 It'll Never Happen Again and Again and Again (07/13/94)

Lt. Soto loses his objectivity on the murder case. Eric uses Linda to further his musical ambitions. Julie catches David in a weak moment. Carrie works her way in closer to Kyle (Trenton Knight).

1.04 Skin Deep (07/20/94)

Paul joins Carrie on an out-of-town shoot and they spend some time in Cabo San Lucas. Julie and Brian frown upon Sarah and David's sizzling relationship - David counters with a proposal when Sarah breaks it off. Eric's potential break does nothing to ease his pressuring of Linda.

1.05 Strictly Business (07/27/94)

Carrie and Paul's relationship intensifies, but Paul's wife issues a warning to Carrie. A brash new model impresses Hillary. Eric seek more money from Linda. Stephanie is heartbroken after lying to protect Brian. Problems arise for Sarah and David because of Julie's constant meddling. Lt. Soto makes an arrest in Teri's murder.

1.06 When Girls Collide (08/03/94)

Julie takes control of the company while Hillary is in jail for murder and David is in the hospital. Linda benefits from this, she gets an earful on Carrie from Marcia Carson, Kyle confronts Carrie. Stephanie offers financing to Eric, who takes a risk. Sarah acknowledges feelings for Brian, who's haunted by Teri. Linda accepts a date with Chris White.

1.07 Nothing Is as It Seems (08/10/94)

Sarah finds reason to fear Brian after David confronts him about his past, and their newfound friendship will end. Linda finds a new love and new hope with Chris after she stands up to Eric. Paul suggests a new arrangement to Carrie, who confesses her past to Hillary. Another arrest is made in Teri's murder.

1.08 Meltdown (08/17/94)

Carrie confesses her connection with Kyle to Paul. Brian is taken off a shoot when Sarah refuses to work with him. Hillary makes sure that Linda's latest favor for Eric is her last. Teri's killer targets Sarah during a strom in a house without electricity - and will be proven guilty.

1.09 Old Models Never Die (09/07/94)

Carrie appears to be the most affected by Hillary's introduction of Monique, a new model, who takes Carrie's place at the beach house. Linda moves in with Chris, but agrees to aid Eric when he's stalked by former business partners wanting revenge. Sarah lets her hair down after a disappointment from Brian. Hillary rejects Lt. Soto.

1.10 Good Girls Finish Last (09/14/94)

Monique has a difficult first meeting with Adam, a big designer - and starts flirting. Linda delivers a warning to Eric, who cleans up his debt after finding dirt on Chris. Paul visits Carrie. A favor from Monique fails to move Julie, who's romance with David rekindle's. Hillary tries to separate them. Sarah reacts against her better judgment. James Wilder joins the cast as club owner Adam Louder.

1.11 Ultimatums Are Us (09/21/94)

David and Julie are scheming behind Hillary's back: Julie forgoes Europe to help David form his own agency, but Sarah is excluded from their raid on Hillary's models. Adam hires Eric for his bar and Monique for an evening. Linda gets an offer from Chris' father. Carrie visits a plastic surgeon; and Sarah visits the pokey. Brian has his eye on Monique, while Monique has her eye on Adam.

1.12 Ghosts (09/28/94)

Linda becomes uncomfortable with her relationship with Chris after signing an exclusive contract with his company. Julie is blamed for David's departure. Adam explains his hesitancy about intimacy to Monique. A mystery man rescues Sarah after a driving accident. Carrie returns to work in a new capacity.

1.13 In Models We Trust (10/12/94)

Eric makes a bid for Linda after she receives a proposal from Chris. Adam attempts to start a new life with Monique, but a neighbor briefly impresses Julie, so she bets him she can replace Monique in Adam's heart. Sarah and Julie discover their Prince Charmings may not be all that charming. Carrie tries too hard to emulate Hillary, her unethical behavior puts the agency at risk. A voice from the past frightens Cynthia.

1.14 Love and War (10/19/94)

Julie is told to stop interfering with Monique and Adam's relationship, so she names Craig as her boyfriend to camouflage her intentions with Adam. Cynthia's stalker makes his presence known, Brian's concern for Cynthia's safety increases as her stalker becomes more aggressive. Pardoned by Hillary, Carrie throws herself into securing financing for the agency. Sarah and Mark share bliss, briefly.

1.15 Clash of the Super Vixens (10/26/94)

An anniversary in Adam's life is no cause for celebration, for him or Monique. Julie uses Adam's charity show to invade his and Monique's relationship. Hillary tells a white lie to get Carrie to see a psychiatrist. Brian gets the lowdown on -- and a visit from -- Cynthia's stalker. A question of commitment plagues Sarah and Mark: he decides to give up his priesthood to be with Sara.

1.16 Look Who's Stalking (11/09/94)

Cynthia's stalker successfully baits Brian after they all meet in court. Adam rejects Julie and says goodbye to Monique. Linda and Eric find that their careers are rising in synch. Dr. Heller makes progress with Carrie, who learns he's doing the same with Hillary.

1.17 Blind by Love (11/16/94)

Julie hears a rumor that Craig isn't the poor boy he says he is. Monique learns of a plot to ruin Stage 99: Police suspect drug sales at Adam's club after an OD occurs there. Carrie enlists Sarah's help against Heller before she faces the medical panel that's to review her commitment.

1.18 Till Death Do Us Part (11/23/94)

Up until now, she's been a mystery. Starting tonight, she's the enemy. Carrie makes a deal with Heller for her release from the institution. Julie has difficulty breaking up with Craig. Cynthia manages to arrange a rendezvous with Brian. Eric gets another "customer" as a result of good word-of-mouth; Monique gets a special dress from Hillary. Someone from Adam's past threatens his engagement to Monique

1.19 Bad Moon Rising (11/30/94)

Two women. One man. One hell of a fight. Cynthia moves away from Brian, physically and emotionally. Julie confronts Craig about his alter ego. Heller lets Hillary have a final visit before Carrie is moved to another institution. Grayson's return makes Adam re-evaluate his relationship with Monique

1.20 Of Models and Men (12/14/94)

Grayson plays on Adam's sympathy and moves into his house. Craig takes Julie on a fantasy evening. Rape victim Cynthia enters group therapy to cope with the rape. Sarah's drinking seals her fate with Hillary.

1.21 Out Of Control (12/21/94)

Craig takes Julie to Hawaii, where she takes time out to advance her career. Grayson blocks Adam's plans for divorce by refusing to yield her nightclub shares in a settlement. Success gives Sarah a swelled head. Cynthia still has problems despite dropping group therapy.

1.22 Grayson Inc. (01/02/95)

Although Adam offers Grayson a generous sum to buy out her share of the clubs, she has another price in mind. After Craig's book becomes a bestseller, Sarah goes on national television to set the record straight. While Cynthia's career is on the upswing, her hidden battle with bulimia is slowly destroying her

1.23 Men Don't Leave (01/09/95)

The beach house is a casualty of the agency's new regime, which favors Julie. She persuades an unlikely buyer to purchase the beach house. Brian finds Cynthia's junk-food stash after she faints on a shoot. Eric finds a patron for his arts. Craig has competition when he seeks to reconcile with Julie. Trouble dogs Sarah after she attends Mark's first Mass. Monique resists Grayson's attempts to ruin her.

1.24 Bring the Family (01/23/95)

Grayson arranges a payback after Monique crashes an invitation-only audition. Julie befriends a writer who could jeopardize her relationship with Craig. She works on turning Craig's novel into a TV-movie -- starring herself. Sarah struggles with decisions regarding her pregnancy, is hesitant to tell Mark of her condition. With Eric's help, Adam learns what Grayson has on him.

1.25 Really Big Problems (02/06/95)

Cynthia tries to cut short her hospital stay. Monique tampers with a paternity test. Julie's friend was engaged to Craig - she takes a gamble on her future with him. Sarah's freedom of choice regarding her unborn child is taken from her when she has a serious accident. Grayson claims Adam is her child's father.

1.26 Adam's Family Values (02/13/95)

Julie rejects an overture from her long-lost stepsister. Grayson selects Carrie for a program to infuse the agency with new cash. She uses Adam's son to get Adam back and gets Sarah Ben as guardian. Adam and Monique lease a house for three, but Monique fears it may be one too many.

1.27 By Crook or by Hook (02/20/95)

Julie's stepsister Anna enters the modeling world as Carrie exits and starts making advances towards Craig. After Grayson pulls a trick on Adam, both sides agree to binding arbitration regarding custody of their son, while both Grayson and Monique play dirty on their respective sides.

1.28 Exposure (02/27/95)

To get her son back, Grayson tries to blackmail a judge. Carrie exerts some influence in the determination of Daniel's custody. Anna follows in Julie's footsteps and causes trouble between Brian and Cynthia. Sarah's partying catches up with her. Money talks in Eric's relationship with Joan.

1.29 Sometimes a Great Commotion (03/06/95)

Grayson invites a hit man to Monique and Adam's wedding. Sarah's father tries to get her to alter her behavior. Carrie leaves town, but not before telling Hillary about Grayson's new models. Anna is rejected as a member of the wedding party, but finds consolation with Brian.

1.29 (re-run) Sometimes a Great Commotion (new ending)

Grayson invites a hit man to Monique and Adam's wedding. Sarah's father tries to get her to alter her behavior. Carrie leaves town, but not before telling Hillary about Grayson's new models. Anna is rejected as a member of the wedding party, but finds consolation with Brian. Hillary closes Models, Inc.
